This privacy policy explains how Performya Suite S.r.l. ("Performya", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you visit performya.it or contact us by email. It is written in plain language on purpose. A more detailed version will be published when the product is opened to self-service onboarding.
Short version. This website does not track you. It sets no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, and no marketing identifiers. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily send us when you email info@performya.it, and the information your browser exchanges with Google when it downloads the fonts used on these pages.
The data controller is Performya Suite S.r.l., registered office in Milan, Italy. You can reach us at info@performya.it for any privacy-related question, including to exercise your rights. We have not designated a Data Protection Officer at this stage; a qualified privacy contact will respond to your request.
When you contact us by email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name (if disclosed), and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply, to evaluate a possible business relationship, and to follow up on the conversation you initiated. We do not add you to any marketing list. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting B2B conversations responsibly).
When your browser loads the website. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information — IP address, timestamp, user agent, referring URL — for the short time needed to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. These logs are not used to profile you and are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in network and information security).
When your browser downloads fonts. This website uses typefaces served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is necessarily transmitted to Google servers. We do not receive, store or correlate this information. Google processes it under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying a readable website with our chosen typography).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to Performya personnel who need it to reply to you. The following service providers act as processors or autonomous controllers on narrow, specific tasks:
Except for the Google Fonts transfer described above, the personal data you send us is processed inside the European Economic Area. Should future processing require transfers outside the EEA, we will rely on adequacy decisions, EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, or Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, and will update this policy accordingly.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on inboxes and administrative accounts, and strict internal confidentiality. No system is absolutely secure: if we become aware of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, the affected individuals in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
We do not subject you to any automated decision-making — including profiling — that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
This website is directed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of fourteen, which is the age threshold set by Italian law (D.Lgs. 101/2018) for the validity of consent in the information society context.
This website does not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No consent banner is displayed because no consent is required under Italian and EU law for the current configuration.
When Performya opens the product to self-service onboarding or introduces analytics on this website, a fully compliant cookie banner, a granular consent mechanism, and an updated cookie inventory will be deployed before any non-essential cookie is set. This section will be rewritten accordingly. Until then, the information above is accurate.
You can review and remove cookies already stored in your browser, and configure future behaviour, through your browser settings. Each major browser provides documentation — for instance, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you:
Send a written request to info@performya.it, describing what you are asking for. We reply within 30 days from receipt, extendable by a further two months in complex cases, in which case we will inform you of the extension and of its reasons. We may request reasonable verification of your identity before acting on a request.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy, the competent authority is:
| Authority | Garante per la protezione dei dati personali |
| Address | Piazza Venezia 11 · 00187 Roma · Italy |
| Website | www.garanteprivacy.it |
| protocollo@gpdp.it |
We may update this legal page to reflect changes in our practices, in the product, or in applicable law. The version number and the "last updated" date at the top of the page are the authoritative indicators of the current version. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated directly where we have an email address to reach them.
